Service Animals & Support Persons

We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals and/or support persons. Service animals and support persons are welcome to accompany our valued customers on all parts of our premises that are open to the public.

Notice of Temporary Disruption

In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for customers with disabilities, Wardlaw will notify customers promptly by placing a notice at the particular location. In cases of the total shut down of a location, this information will be posted on the Company website at www.wardlawheatingandcooling.ca. This notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time and a description of alternative facilities or service, if available.


Contractors, Employees & Potential Employees

We will work hard to ensure any employee or contractor is properly and safely equipped to perform any and all tasks asked of them by Wardlaw Heating & Cooling, wherever possible.
