My husband and I are very disappointed as we purchased a furnace less than 3 years ago from Wardlaw and continuously have the same problem with the igniter burning out. The part may be under warranty but $200 for diagnostics and then almost $500 to replace the part (5 minute job) is outrageous. The service tech was very informative and friendly but we will go elsewhere for our service.

Tarik serviced our furnace today. He was very kind, thorough, professional, kept me informed as to what he was doing, saw that there was condensation and thought it may be from the air conditioner. He investigated and checked out the source of the water dripping and discovered the problem was with the furnace. He then made sure that the required part was ordered, made sure we had carbon monoxide detectors on every level and made sure there was one in the furnace room. I was very impressed with his kind, polite manner and his excellent work ethics. He took great pride in his work.

The receptionist was really easy to speak with and was able to book me an appointment very quickly. Rob their technician that came was very polite and was able to properly assess the problem and did his job in a timely manner. Great experience and would 100% call them in the future for their services.

Tarik was very polite, helpful and thorough. He told me I needed to replace the furnace filters every 3 months, no one had ever told me this before. He installed a carbon monoxide detector and checked my smoke alarm which was missing its battery.

An email reminder that the annual maintenance is due would be helpful in future. For the last 2 years winter has come early and this year I have had to keep a path to my crawl space cleared through snowbanks for 2 months to make it accessible to you, only to have the booked appointments cancelled by you at the last minute. I am a 75 year old woman living alone and this has been a hard chore for me.
