The Wardlaw technicians arrived on time, were polite and friendly. They were very knowledgeable, answering every question we asked about the duct cleaning process. They installed an air purifier as well. We have been happy Wardlaw customers since 2003 and highly recommend them. Thanks Wardlaw!!

It's amazing how often your furnace decides to stop functioning in the middle of a major snow storm, but Wardlaw was on it right away. An emergency call after hours, good chat with Blake, and shortly thereafter a Wardlaw technician was at our door.
Tarik B checked the furnace thoroughly and eventually came to the conclusion that the outside pipe may have become blocked with snow. Bingo! He cleared the snow and the furnace has been operating properly since. Tarik B also installed a new CO alarm in the vicinity of the furnace. Mohammad serviced the humidifier and the furnace today.

I was extremely impressed with the young man John, who came to my house to check why the thermostat wasn't working properly. Also he checked out the furnace as well. Rob checked out my heat pump 3 times (total charged $1124.41) before looking inside the unit and noticed the actual repair needed. Not sure if incompetent or just willful negligence.

My husband and I are very disappointed as we purchased a furnace less than 3 years ago from Wardlaw and continuously have the same problem with the igniter burning out. The part may be under warranty but $200 for diagnostics and then almost $500 to replace the part (5 minute job) is outrageous. The service tech was very informative and friendly but we will go elsewhere for our service.

Tarik serviced our furnace today. He was very kind, thorough, professional, kept me informed as to what he was doing, saw that there was condensation and thought it may be from the air conditioner. He investigated and checked out the source of the water dripping and discovered the problem was with the furnace. He then made sure that the required part was ordered, made sure we had carbon monoxide detectors on every level and made sure there was one in the furnace room. I was very impressed with his kind, polite manner and his excellent work ethics. He took great pride in his work.

Tarik was very polite, helpful and thorough. He told me I needed to replace the furnace filters every 3 months, no one had ever told me this before. He installed a carbon monoxide detector and checked my smoke alarm which was missing its battery.

For the last 2 years winter has come early and this year I have had to keep a path to my crawl space cleared through snowbanks for 2 months to make it accessible to you, only to have the booked appointments cancelled by you at the last minute. I am a 75 year old woman living alone and this has been a hard chore for me.

Had an excellent experience with Wardlaw. I explained my issue with my hot water tank leaking. Thresa walked my wife and I through the different options we had. The prompt and courteous service was second to none. Would also like to give a shout out to Blake and Andrew for doing the installation and for being top notch employees, they walked me through my new hot water tank and answered any questions i had..All and all great Experience and I have been sharing with friends and family how well we felt taken care of.

Rob was absolutely fantastic! He showed up before the slotted timeframe, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He stuck around to try to troubleshoot my issue rather than me having to wait for a future fix. Alas, parts need to be ordered but that is okay because he offered me space heaters in the meantime and a high priority return visit. I truly hope it’s Rob that comes back for the fix because he was great to deal with!

My furnace was 21 years old, it died suddenly in the middle of a cold February night. I called Wardlaw Friday morning and they sent someone the same day, and I purchased a new Lennox furnace. They showed up as promised Monday morning to install the unit. The installation crew was very kind and neat. After they left I noticed my filter sticking out and couldn’t push it in fully, and was worried about air flow not fully going through the filter and being pulled from the utility room because of a missing cover, so I called and left a message. The manager (Mark) called me back and sent someone else (Andrew) the very next day to address my concerns. He realigned the ductwork and made a filter cover (see pics). They earm a 5-star rating because they stand by the quality of their work and want their customers to be satisfied. They never gave me a hard time either so a big Thank you! I highly recommend Wardlaw based on my experience.
