Rob H. Is the best! He came to our house at 10pm the day our furnace broke. The part came in a couple days later and he was in just as quick to fix it. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable.

Had an excellent experience with Wardlaw. I explained my issue with my hot water tank leaking. Thresa walked my wife and I through the different options we had. The prompt and courteous service was second to none. Would also like to give a shout out to Blake and Andrew for doing the installation and for being top notch employees, they walked me through my new hot water tank and answered any questions i had..All and all great Experience and I have been sharing with friends and family how well we felt taken care of.

Rob was absolutely fantastic! He showed up before the slotted timeframe, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He stuck around to try to troubleshoot my issue rather than me having to wait for a future fix. Alas, parts need to be ordered but that is okay because he offered me space heaters in the meantime and a high priority return visit. I truly hope it’s Rob that comes back for the fix because he was great to deal with!

My furnace was 21 years old, it died suddenly in the middle of a cold February night. I called Wardlaw Friday morning and they sent someone the same day, and I purchased a new Lennox furnace. They showed up as promised Monday morning to install the unit. The installation crew was very kind and neat. After they left I noticed my filter sticking out and couldn’t push it in fully, and was worried about air flow not fully going through the filter and being pulled from the utility room because of a missing cover, so I called and left a message. The manager (Mark) called me back and sent someone else (Andrew) the very next day to address my concerns. He realigned the ductwork and made a filter cover (see pics). They earm a 5-star rating because they stand by the quality of their work and want their customers to be satisfied. They never gave me a hard time either so a big Thank you! I highly recommend Wardlaw based on my experience.
