I have zero complaints about the service technician. He came, spent time looking at the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem and did a great job.
What I am concerned with is the fact that I had to pay a service charge plus a fuel surcharge for something that it sounds like was installed wrong on my AC unit purchased just a year ago rather than a regular wear and tear item.
First of all the fan setting was too high overworking our AC and causing moisture to build up and be blown around which led to water leaking out of my furnace and onto the floor (and it wasn't just a bit of water either - the towel I had laid out the night before was dripping water in the morning). Then he had to change a pipe because it was installed at the wrong angle also leading to a buildup of condensation.
Like I said earlier, the technician was great, but there was obviously some issues with the installation process.
However, Rob the technician was great! Knowledgeable, thorough and overall great human being.
David came and replaced the Air Purifier bulb and checked the furnace over. Hwe is friendly, polite and knowledgeable! All good.

Latest visit from Wardlaw was by technician Julien for a semi-emergency furnace check. Only a malfunctioning thermostat, so he's ordered a new one and will be back! He knows his stuff, is professional and polite. Thanks Wardlaw!

It's amazing how often your furnace decides to stop functioning in the middle of a major snow storm, but Wardlaw was on it right away. An emergency call after hours, good chat with Blake, and shortly thereafter a Wardlaw technician was at our door.
Tarik B checked the furnace thoroughly and eventually came to the conclusion that the outside pipe may have become blocked with snow. Bingo! He cleared the snow and the furnace has been operating properly since. Tarik B also installed a new CO alarm in the vicinity of the furnace.
